Self assessing the Feet next week

Lets not let Covid 19 get us down! Instead let's use the time to self assess and do some self treatment and stretching on areas we didn't know where tight or problematic.

We see our bodies as being normal, we have lived with things so long we take it for granted although we suffer discomfort. So over the next few weeks i will be posting some focus point to check on.


Give it go and lets use our time at home wisely


I thought first we should start at the foundation of our Body "THE FEET"

Over the course of the week I will give you some things to assess, how to treat them and stretch them, perhaps a video to show you more..
